We wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. We will be closed from Friday 22 December 2023 and reopening Monday 8 January 2024. Whilst you can still place orders during this time, no orders will be processed or shipped until we return on Monday 8 January 2024.

 

Where does Boat Spares Australia deliver?

We only deliver to Australian addresses. PO Boxes are not accepted.

Please note: for orders containing chemicals, these cannot be sent to a post office as they are classifed as dangerous goods.

 

What are your shipping times?

We use a range of freight companies depending on the size and weight of your order so that we can get your order to you as fast as possible. If your item is in stock, please use the below times as a guide for when you will receive your order.

Who will deliver my order?

We use several carriers to deliver our online orders. Depending on your order, it may be shipped with one or more of our carriers. Below is a list of some of the carriers that we use. Once your order has been processed you will be provided with the carrier name and tracking number.

 Bulky/Heavy Item Classification

Bulky or Heavy items carry different delivery charges and times. The product will have the below classification listed in the description if it is a bulky/heavy item. These items will require a quote from our freight company which will be provided to you after your order is completed.

All orders are in Australian Dollars. We accept Paypal, Afterpay and all major credit cards including MasterCard, American Express and Visa.

 

Can I change my delivery address after my order has been placed?

No, you can’t change your delivery address once your order has been placed.

Once you receive your shipping confirmation email, it may be possible for the carrier to change your delivery address or redirect your order. Please contact the carrier directly.
